FAQ
The FFC-350 stands out due to its unique design that ensures the product being cut is always positioned for full-length cuts. What sets it apart from our other cutting machines is its ability to consistently achieve full-length cuts on elongated products, such as cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, and zucchini sticks.
The FFC-350 is suitable for a few hundred kg of potatoes per hour. The exact capacity may vary depending on factors such as the size of the product being cut and the operator's speed. If you require the cutting of a higher capacity of French fries, we can recommend our 3DD dicing machine, which cuts approximately 1500 kg/h of French fries.
The 8x8 mm knife grid is the smallest size available for the FFC-350. If you require smaller sizes, we can recommend our BCM-1650 belt cutting machine, which can cut julienne from 2 to 6 mm.
